See my dvd player ( Pioneer DV333) Doesn't like svcds with bit rate higher than SVCD 2600 kbps. NOw that im getting a DVD burrner can my svcd mpeg2 files have a higher bit rate. WHATS The bit rate for dvds anyways? ANy help is appreciated. I want to encodes Svcds with I dunno lets say 3000.
