On the main page I see a posted time for a particular thread eg 10:30.
When I click on the link and look at the post the time is shown as 11:30.
My computer clock time is also 11:30.
If my profile setting is wrong then why is it right in one place but wrong in the other?
I had it set to mt -4 and set it to -5 because it was showing wrong at the open thread level. Now it's ok there but wrong on the main page?
What am I missing?

I just noticed that if I open a thread the footnote says:
All times are GMT - 5 Hours
All times are CST (U.S GMT -6) -
The main page latest post is a static page(for faster loaaaaaading), the time will be same for everyone(GMT-6).
