    I have been burning 4 speed riteks using dvd decryptor for ages with no probs.

    Its now only burning them at a speed of 2.1 even when i select 4 in the box.

    Any ideas why it is doing this?

    Same problem with my NEC1300A. It turns out that many DVD Writers are locked at 2x when ripping.
