    Hello,

    I have a PAL divx movie in two avi files. I need to convert them to NTSC DVD at the highest possible quality. I know how to encode to mpeg2/author to dvd, but I'm lost in that convertion to NTSC part. The guide here shows convertion to 24.97fps, not to 29.97fps. How can I convert them?

    I think you mean 23.97fps. This is correct, but encode to DVD complinat mpeg with 3:2 pulldown enabled to achieve 29.97fps playback.

    You will need to adjust the audio length also.
