    The docs sez to use vidtoasf.exe, wich is "available" from Micro$oft. I have not been able to get this util in any of the distrubutions o their site. I basically want to convert two .avi (MPG43) into some format that I can then join and put onto a vcd.

    Any suggestions?

    why would you WANT an ASF file? they are about the shittest form of video that is possible. ASF SUX

    you cant put ASF files on a VCD. look at the CONVERT guide on your left.

    What other format than asf to you recommend. I have the two .avi's wich I want to join using VirtualBlubber(I think that is the name) but it cant open the .avi's because of the MP43 codec, wich I can't find. Now I first need to convert these two avi's into something else, so that I can join them, and then put them onto a vcd.
