  1. i am trying to make a dvd-r multi with 4 .bin files= 2 films but it freezes after about 15 minutes in , so here is the log file i am hopinig u can tell me what is going wrong here and how i can fix this i have wasted about 10 hours now and have decided im a bit to thick as i cannot get this to work heres hoping someone else can , many thx.

  2. The problems i the first VCD after the program multiplexed the VCD it tells that both the video and the audio aren't of the right format.

    I can't tell you if the realy aren't or that SVCD2DVD is doing something else wrong.

    Can you post some technical information about the first VCD?

  3. well the film Dup is vcd and the film PP is a svcd i have burnt both of these using cdr-win bin & cue to cd-r with no problems and watched them on my standalone , i just wanted to put them both on a dvd-r with a menu and it seems to hang on the processing part , just hopin someone can help. TIA

  5. ok i have downloaded the update and installed this i have selected to fix mpegs and am going to run it through again i will report back the results l8r today. ps i could not see the difference between .3 & .2 so i got .2 does .3 update have much anuthing over .2?? or is it just different ripping method??

  6. after downloading the latest ver i still have exactly the same error so here is the log: the files are ripped no problem they are in the folder and i can play and watch them with win-dvd so i can not see what is going wrong here. anyone help me plz.

  8. the only reason i can think it gives a different error is that it the changed the version of svcd2dvd to the latest rel, but my disks space is over 30gigs free on that h/d , i am stuck here is there any words of wisdom or can i not do what i am trying to do?

    Have you tried using the old ripping engine? (you may need 1.5.2003.3 to do that - from the update page). Failing that i will need a sample if you are willing....
    SVCD2DVD v2.5, AVI/MPEG/HDTV/AviSynth/h264->DVD, PAL->NTSC conversion.

  11. well i changed all the bins to mpg using isobuster and ran it again and it falls over at the same part, chriss can u explain to me why it wont use this mpg ?? it is ok i have watched it all through on vcd and it works 100%.

  12. Software players are a bit less strick then dvd-players about playing stuff. So it might seem an OK vcd but it might not be.

    What you can do is run the vcd through tmgenc demultiplex and multiplex it, see if that goes alright.
