    Which is the best? The best at making an interactive menu and playing perfectly. Does anyone have recomendations or know where I can get a good one that is free or cheap?

    If you are asking about authoring programs, Dvdauthor is free, but never tried it. TMPGEnc is reasonably cheap and would probably do what you want. You can download a trial version and try it. Look in the 'Tools' section to the left for links to both of them.
