  1. I bought a 25pk spindle back in October, and 10 were visibly defective. In November, i went to the memorex website and told them about my situation, describing every detail through the technical support page. Got a response back saying they'll replace them and i gave them my info through another form. I never sent in those 10 defective disc, because they never asked for them, but i did check the box and agreed to send them in, however, that's the last i heard from them, till i got this today. Going to return them for their DVD+R.

  2. This is very interesting. I just purchased a pack of 10 DVD-R's from staples that are visually defective in the die, blotchly spots all over after burning on the disc, i have used three discs from the box so far and they all have been defective. I might try to see if they will take em back and exhcange for good discs....btw- i dont recommend them....holla

  3. Mines were defective from the start, i never tried burning them. It had a bit of purple dye on the label and the writing surface, like a fingerprint size.
