  1. Got a stand alone dvd player with divx and subtitles support,so i can burn a divx including the subtitle in srt and everithing works fine exept two things ,the subtitles are too smal and when the background is very lightly i cant read the subtitles anymore .so my question is can i make ‘m bigger and can i put some black shadow around the subs or something before i burn them?.
    I’m using the “srt” extension

    Isn't "srt" a text based subtitle file? Press Setup on the remote or somehting, maybe you will find something!

    If you haven't already looked in the manual, you could do that... Else I got no further ideas about what to do.
