Paid The Donation But Not Received Anything Yet

First, apologies if I am posting to the wrong forum but am at a loss as to what to do next. I sent the donation via Paypal yesterday and have had no contact since. The confirmation mail from Paypal was received to say that the payment has been processed succesfully. Any help would be appreciated.
