    What are you capturing?

    What are you capturing with?

Can you see the capture on your preview screen within Ulead MF2.0?

So do you lodge your VCR directly into the PCI slots on your computer or do you crack open the VCR while it's playing and throw the magic video particles inside it at your computer? Sometimes using a capturing device of some description is a good way too.

  5. I think sacajaweeda is just asking you to fill out your profile. It will keep you from having to re type the information everytime some one asks and you will get more replies to your questions.

  6. LINE IN: means your software is looking at the 'line in' port on your sound card. You must have your VCR player plugged into that port (somehow) for it to work.

"i can see the show" means your system should be able to capture if you can get the other setting properly setup.

While you can see the show - click 'Start' 'Programs' 'Accessories' 'Entertainment' then 'Volume Control'. Once this program is open you should be able to see the control for LINE IN. You can click 'Options' 'Properties' and select the controls you wish to view. Make sure LINE IN does not have a check mark in the box labeled "MUTE".

    I suppose you're using Windows(?)

    Good luck
