I was duplicating a VHS tape on this recorder. Got a full 1 hour and 57-something minutes in the SP mode. Then started to insert chapter markers and everything was OK till the end, when I pressed a 'STOP' button on the remote. The recorder said 'Updating disk' for a while, after that the disk is not recognized by either this recorder or any other player. The disk is not finalized, and the recoder can't do it since it displays an 'Empty disk' message.
The very smart customer support person told me, I had to 'leave some space for the table of content', which doesn't sound too smart, because the recorder shoud do it automatically.
Anyone had any clue ???
Thanks !!!![]()
