Is it possible to convert 29.97 fps movie to 25 fps movie without jerk ?
Is it possible to convert a DVD movie 720*480 29.97 fps to a SVCD 25 ps 480*576 without jerk. Because, I try this conversion and I have always a little jerk, I think it's because I lost some frames ?
Is filter Telecide can help me ? is it a filter convert perfectly a 29.97 fps to 25 fps (PAL) for a better resolution to SVCD ?

To do the conversion you need 2 steps...

1) Convert 29.97->23.976 with an Inverse Telecine filter
2) Convert the 23.976 to 25 fps with a simple speedup.

Both steps CAN be done together using avisynth ( inverse telecine + assumefps(25,sync_audio=true) ). Do your research some of the information should already be posted in the forums.
