I am capturing with a DC30 from my home theatre with the default pinnacle capture software. Everything works fine. BUT what I need sometimes is to watch the DVD playing on my home theatre WHITOUT capturing it. I just want to see the movie, not to record it!! So the matter is if is there some software able to show at full screen the images taken with the DC30 in realtime....
Newbye question, I guess...

Do you mean a DVD software player

to CRAIG TUCKER:
mayby my english is not so good as I like to believe...:
I have an HOME THEATRE (dvd player) OUTSIDE the PC.
I do NOT have a television.
Because of that I want to see movies played in the home theatre on the PC monitor.
I have a DC30 that connect Home theatre to my PC but the capturing software shows only a little preview.
So, yes, I want something like a DVD player software but able to show what my DC30 is "capturing" in real time (Full screen!) -
OK, I was a little confused as to what you wanted to do exactly.

Other news: somebody told me to try with virtualdub which also should have a full screen preview mode...
well, same problem that with AMCAP !!
When I start to "capture" it says there are not capture device installed. Is that a problem with win2K drivers for the DC30? or virtual dub simply do not work with DC30????
Hopfully,
