    I have the gsa-404B and I keep running into problems with it. I fixed what was wrong with it before.
    Anyways
    I burned 10 dvd + and a dvd ram that came with it. I did the ram first.
    I cant seem to get it to read that i have a blank dvd - in the drive. I tried looking in a few programs, windows nero and alchole do not read the disk, or let me burn to it.
    Somehow it finally let me read the disk and burn to it.
    I then put in another dvd -
    and the exact same thing happend. I cannot figureout why it wont let me read these disks. They are maxell so i assume its good quality. Has anyone had a problem like this, or have any idea what i am doing wrong?

    All I can think of is try different brands of media I searched for that drive and all the sites are in spanish don't speak it sorry
