2nd Disk of DVD Fab Won't Play in my dvd Player

I have authored a few disks using the last free version of dvdfab 0.17 I think. I was splitting keeping all the material. The first disk plays on my pc and in both players. The 2nd disk plays on my pc and on my apex5131 but not my liteon lvd-2001. The liteon recoginizes it as a DVD but does not start playing it. If I press stop and play it still does not play. Is there any way to fix the disk so that will play (inforedit). Could it be that the player does not like a disk that does not start at chapter 1? It is suprising for a player that plays just about anything else.

I don't mind trying guesses that sound reasonable and I will report back if they work. I know it is not the media since the first and second disk are the same media. Does anyone know an quick way of renumbering the chapters? It will play disks shrank and cloned with out menus. So the only thing that seems diffrant about the 2nd disk of the dvd fab is that it does not start at chapter 1.
