    Is there any software that can be used to burn .ogm files??

    Any cd/dvd writer software can write .ogm (as a data file).

    Oops.. never state my question clearly... wat i meant was burning the .ogm files as a vcd..

    Then there's "a bit" more involved than burning... I suggest you start by reading this, even if the target format is SVCD, I'm sure you can apply the same principle when aiming for VCD.
