What does it mean when an IVTC on a TV captured MPEG1 @ 352x240 pixels completes almost instantly? I mean it starts at 98% complete and then goes 99... 100 and it's done. It seems a bit strange to me that an IVTC can be completed in about 3 seconds. What's going on?
