  1. Sometimes the extraction will be "finished" in 2-5 seconds, but no MPG is output, and there are no other error messages. In the Output Log is nothing more than the timestamp of when the extraction "finished". At first it only happened with VOBs that I authored using inexpensive software, but now I found a production DVD that duplicates the exact problem. I've attached the IFO files of the production DVD.

  3. This one must be a stumper!

Is there any other info or files that I can provide to help figure this out?

  5. Sure, I'd be happy to!

  6. It turns out this was caused by a comma in the folder name in the path containing the IFO files.

    Thanks ChrissyBoy for the support!
