I am fairly new to this hobby of DVD and VCD creation. I have used VCDEasy and I like it a lot. Maybe because of how easy it is for me to use. I am looking to make a few DVD's and would like a program that I can use that is similar to VCD Easy. You know adding a menu or two and some videos.

Please help me and suggest what program I should get. I appreciate your help.

I've used VCDEasy some, and I'm not familiar with any DVD authoring program that offers a similar interface, but I can say that TMPGEnc DVD Author is very simple to use and allows you to have multiple videos (titles) on a disk and have up to 20 chapters per title. It also includes a DVD burning tool (although I let it create an ISO file, and I burn that file in Roxio's Easy CD/DVD Creator), and it also accepts AC3 files for Dolby Digital. I believe that it also supports motion menus although I haven't used that feature yet. I believe that the registration price is $69 US. I registered my copy along with the TMPGEnc encoder for $99.
