I've tried to save with the Panasonic DV type-2 codec but the sound always gets distorted after about 18 minutes (guessing that's the 4GB).
In the capture it's still ok but when I reencode with videostudio the sound gets broken.
If I use type 1 instead to capture and then convert to type 2 with either tool in the dowload section, I also get the sound broken. Reason I like to use type 2 is for tmpgenc (as it crashes with type 1).
Any remedies?

I used instead DVencoder from http://www.jhepple.com/dv1to2.htm which seems to work fine.
