Er... lack of disk space ?
Normally you get an error if DVD2ONE (thinks) it has encountered encrypted data, but maybe try a different ripper in the first place to make sure that's not introducing any problems.
No idea about the IC8 issue, never used it. Sorry ! -
The problem has just begun to appear, apparently i also get an error in DVDshrink, this time in DVD1one it was something about the IFO file not matching the VOB files, and DVDshrink gave me a IFO problem also. There is nothing wrong with my DVD files..
Could this be a general windows XP problem? as i also experience that XP wonīt remember icons sizes, window sizes and little things like that, but annoying altogetherIf it aint broke, donīt fix it.

No, I doubt it's an XP problem - my system started forgetting its window positions etc a while back, but apart from being a pain in the arse, it's not causing any other problems.
There must be something wrong if the IFO files do not match the VOB structure - it sounds like an authoring problem somewhere, like what you get if you strip the streams with say IFOedit but don't correct the VTS vectors afterwards.
If you're using the likes of DVD2ONE then I don't know where that discrepancy is coming from - I've never had an issue with it making non compliant structures.
Are you sure the error isn't coming up in the burning application you are using ? Most do some sort of complaincy check for things like invalid IFO files, file naming etc. -
The WHOLE dvd was ripped with DVDdecrypter,so every file should be there. Funny thing is,the DVD files plays really ok when loaded into powerDVD,so there is nothing wrong with the file structure. I also did not have a problem when running the files through IC8,it is only in DVD2one and DVDshrink

PowerDVD can play VOB files on their own - you can't really use that to check everything is in order. That can play a film without any IFO files and doesn't check for them in file mode, especially. Your standalone is going to be much more picky than your PC ever will be.
I mentioned IFOedit in one of my posts too, because if you've reduced the size of the content down by removing unused streams, credits, trailers etc and not completed the procedure properly, you will get the problems you describe.
Are you using DVD Shrink and then putting the output of that through something else ? I just can't think where the problem is being introduced since you don't seem to be doing anything "by hand"... -
What i do is use DVDdecrypter set to ALL FILES to rip the complete DVD to my harddrive, removing macrovision and region codes on the way, then i usually either use DVD2one,DVDshrink or IC8 depending on original size.. So what i have is the complete DVD to work on,and this is where the weird problems arise.. I just reinstalled my windows, and DVD2one does it again i reach about 70-90% and the program gives me abnormal termination or some crap like that,DVDshrink told me that the IFO file did not match VOB.. BUT IT DOES as it is the COMPLETE disc..
If it aint broke, donīt fix it.

OK, grabbing at straws here, have you looked at the manufacturer's website for the likes of DVD2ONE to see if there are any updates available ?
All the software you have listed has been around a while, and I'm surprised you're still getting abnormal terminations to be honest. -
If everything is infinite then nothing is definite.

Are there any MPEG-1 files present on the disc? The transcoders almost always choke on MPEG-1 DVD files.

How do i see if there is a lot of mpg-1 files? By the way,i have used these programs alot in the past, and i have had no problems whatsoever, even with a lot of extra material. Does it matter if the release is NTSC or PAL??
