TDK Indi DVD 440N rebadged?

I've read somewhere that the TDK Indi DVD 440N is a rebadged NEC burner...anyone know if this is in fact true? Also, what are your thoughts on it. COMPUSA has it for 149.00 this week after rebated, but I see NewEgg has the NEC ND1300A for 105.00...are these the same burners?

i have heard the TDK is indeed a 1300a. Futurepower has the 1300 for $102, no shipping or tax (i got mine from them for 115 awhile ago). Officemax has the MicroAdvantage 4x dual burner for 89 after rebate (if they still have them in stock). i heard it was also a 1300a
