  2. You can use VirtualDub (freeware) to extract the VCD audio
    as a WAV file and then encode to MP3 with your fave MP3
    encoder. CDEX (freeware) is a CD Ripper that includes a good
    MP3 encoder. See http://www.cdex.n3.net
