  1. Hello ladies and gents,

I just bought an Epson C82 printer (awesome price at Future Shop $59.99).

I have narrowed it down to which programs I will most likely use to actually print the covers in dvd and cd format.

My question actually is, where are some places on the net I can go to get the real movie cover pictures? Meaning, I have gone to the movie website (eg. www.lotr.com), clicked on an image for the cover, saved it, but nothing really "looks" right. Even with some photo editing.

I'm not even sure if what I am saying is coming across right. But if someone understands and wishes to help, it would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

Try this site for DVD covers, they sell DVD's but they have nice scans of all kinds of covers. Just click on the text link below the thumbnail of the cover in the upper left hand corner of the webpage where it says "view front cover" and "view back cover". They have some pretty obscure covers on there. Hope that helps you out a little.

Pacmania_2001 has some suggestions on how to finish the cover once you have the artwork downloaded. Read on this link how he did it:

i am also intrested in this. on cdcovers.cc they are split into 3 diff parts...

whereas i'd like them to be just in one full cover to print off on A4 paper then cut out and fold to fit my dvd case.

also u know on retail games cd's etc... how do they do the cd rom covers? mine look so tacky compared to the real mcCoy can i get some insight into how to get a more professional result?

    thankyou!
