  1. I want to make nonstop CD using 15 songs of 2 minute each. Through Cooledit I made it by mixing 15 tracks using fade in and out operations. Fine, but it has made a single track of 15 songs. Problem is while making audio cd I want to break them in to 15 different tracks maintaining nonstop sequence so that it can be switched by using next button. How can I do this Kindly help.

  2. Well since you are burning it to a cd.....if you use nero, what you can do is...........nero has an option that lets you change the amount of time between the trackes. So if you put all those in and put the silence time between each track to 0 seconds then it should do what you are looking for. Just a thought. Never tried it myself but I don't see why it wouldnt work. I believe the default silence between tracks for Nero is 2 seconds.

  3. i ran in to this problem a few years back when i was trying to make a cd from a live concert which i had the mp3's of.

even if you do set the gap between the tracks in nero to 0 you still get a slight pause between tracks.

the way i found to make a "nonstop" cd was to convert all the mp3's to wav and merge them through cool edit.

then i took the wav in to nero, dragged it to the current compilation (left side), right clicked on the wav & selected properties, then click the "indexes, split, limit" tab and scanned through the wav until i found where i wanted to split each track, after that i set the gaps to 0 seconds..

nice & smooth all the way through..

Previously, the only good way of doing this was with CDRWin and editing the cuesheet but the above method with Nero is probably the best way of doing it now.
