I'm capturing old VHS tpaes in ADVC-100 - 45-minute long taped episodes of an old show, capturing one episode at a time. I've succesfully captured earlier episodes on the tape, but when I try to open the avi file for this one in VirtualDub (about 11G) I get this message: "AVI Import Filter Reconstructing Missing Index Block"

Anyone know what this means and how to fix/prevent it?
