Hi If any one could help me that would be great.
I have a DivX of Naruto - 58 free fansub. up till now I havent had a problem makeing any VCD's however, now when I try to play/encode the film in tempeg or Vdub, blocks appear everytime their is a cut sene. (same as the blocks that apear when your "Overloading Your Com." and a video miss loads on your player. Sorta the same type of blokyness except their is no lag.)
I was wondering if anyone knows what the problem is. please note that it plays fine in windows media player and that it has VBR sound so I have to run it threw Vdub.
Thanx
