HELP:Cyberhome 402 notworking

Hi, I bought this thru best buy last Feb, with MIR.

I haven't played it for about a month, when i turned it on last week to play a dvd, the blue cyberhome start up screen comes on and says:reading. then after a minute:insert disc. ???

It does this to all my dvds now.

Can anyone help me to fix this.

Hello,

I bought this unit in January for 69 euro.
Till now, was playing all CD's without problem.

Recently I burned one DVD-R, created with Ulead Visual Studio and burned with Nero. My writer is LG4040B.

The player is in read position forever, without playing the disc.
I have updated the firmware to DD20.

Any comment?
