i was wondering if it's possible to have background music play continuously while paging through different menus--especially switched menus.
i know switched menus are a collection of other menus, but i want to have background audio on each page and it restarts as u arrow over to each new button (ie, each new switched menu).
i'm using DVD-lab currently, but if there is another authoring program out there that can accomplish what i'm trying to do, i'd be more than happy to check it out.
thanks...sturmie

I'm not sure I understand you corectly or not, but if you want each menu to have it's own audio, then it's a simple matter of draging an audio file into each menu.
If you only want only one song to play uninterupted while you change menus, then I don't how or if that can be done.Got my retirement plans all set. Looks like I only have to work another 5 years after I die........ -
yes, option B is what i was looking to do--uninterrupted audio for each "page". considering each button is a "menu" when using switched menus, i would like to have continuous audio for each page--or for all DVD selection screens if possible.
does that help?

I don't think the dvd spec allows audio to continue from menu to menu, uninterrupted.
so it's not that DVD Lab won't do it - it's that it can't be done.- housepig
