  1. Hi, I plan on producing DVD's to be sold on my website. I was wondering what kind of media I should be looking at for best compatibility with different DVD player models? My burner is a Pioneer DVD-R A05 and I was looking at RiteK G04's. For labels, I was going to buy the core DVD labels, since they seem least intrusive (I have a Halloween 666 DVD I bought from eBay which uses core labels).

Any comments or suggestions before I get started?

    Thanks!

I have the same drive in one of my systems. It is about a year old and I have tried several different media types. I have burned about 125 Ritek G04 (ones with orange label) with no coasters. I have used Nero, TMPG DVD Author, and DVD Decryptor to burn.

Would highly recommend the Ritek G04.

  3. Stick with the ritek's but think of getting printable's for a better looking finished product.
Plenty of threads of good printers in this forun.

I guess you will be returning them If you do could you keep us up to speed on how they handle the problem.
Have used this store many times and never had a problem, but it has to happen at some point and would be good to hear how it goes.
Half way through 25 of these disk from same store and no troubles yet..
Lets hope it is a bad batch...
