I am having a problem with a movie I burned from an AVI. I encoded it with tmpgenc as 23.976 (29.976 internally) so that may be a problem I dunno? Anyhow what happens is the movie in most scenes will slow down just a milisecond or 2 and then go back to normal speed. It does this all throughout the movie and I have tried to mess with the settings Top field first (a) or bottom field first (b) in tmpgenc. They yield the same results. If anyone can help me out let me know
