    I have a large number music files in VOB and Mpeg format.
    1. What is the best tool to strip the audio out without having to recompress the video. (I wish to leave the video in the same quality)
    2.Some of the audio is of low quality and I wish to enhance it or replace it with better qaulty audio. I normally use Wavelab but thos does not recognise the Mpeg audio stream when seperated out. What tool is good for audio editing (such as changing the equilization and gain)on Mpeg audio files?
    3 What is the best tool to remux the video/new audio when completed.
    I have used TMPG in the past.

  2. Vobedit, DVDDecrypter, and DVD Shrink will all demux audio streams from vobs. I would demux both the audio and video streams, then use IFOEdit to create a new vob(once you have the new audio ready) or you could use TMPGEnc DVD Author to do it(this is the method I use)
    Ejoc's CVD Page:
    DVDDecrypter -> DVD2AVI -> Vobsub -> AVISynth -> TMPGEnc -> VCDEasy

    DVD:
    DVDShrink -> RecordNow DX

    Capture:
    VirualDub -> AVISynth -> QuEnc -> ffmpeggui -> TMPGEnc DVD Author
