Been pulling my hair out over this one ...

Ripping 2 DVD's, I've gotten an AVISynth exception error at memory XXXXX ... . This error does not show up in a dialog box or a log -- it is in the actual MPEG file that is the end result of my conversion (3 hours later). The movie plays and 1/3 of the way into it -- BAM -- black screen with a red error message at the top left of screen for the reaminder of the film.

I am using DVD2SVCD 1.2.1B3 w/ CCE 2.66 and AVISynth 2.53 with the latest MPEG2DEC3.DLL (made sure the FRAMESERVER section references the correct files in DVD2SVCD). I've tried AVISynth 2.08 and 2.52 with the same results. I've de-installed and re-installed both AVISynth and DVD2SVCD (deleting all folders and files relating to AVISynth in both Program files and the DVD2SVCD directory). I have checked FRAMESERVING in with CCE in case there was a compatiability issue -- no go.

I've tried using the DVD2SVCD internal VOB ripper, VSTRIP and even DVD Decrypter thinking it might be a VOB ripping error, but again - no joy.

PLEASE Help !!!

BTW -- I'm running WinXP Pro, Athlon xP 2500+, 1GB RAM, KT-400 VIA chipset.
