    Hey i was wondering how to take little video clips from dvds. What kind of program to use,

    Well, using smartripper, you can extract certain vobs or chapters and edit them once they're on your HD.

    You can rip sections from DVD with DVDShrink as well. I think that either one of the tools mentioned should do what you want, and they are both FREE!

    Thanks alot people for your replys i think i will go for dvd shink as i have used it before but if that doesnt work if will use smart ripper
