I'm trying to create an MPEG-1 from a Quicktime Movie. The QT Mov has a bit of crap on the sides which I want cropped out, if I use Mpeg2enc then I can at least get a MPEG-1 file - But it can't be cropped. When I choose MPEG-1(FFMPEG) then I can enter in some cropping values, I hit the encode button, the machine processes for a while (I guess it is cropping) then when it starts encoding it fly's through the process in about 1 sec and when I check my final MPG filesize it is Zero bytes?
Can anyone help?
