How to Reverse Video

Heres my problem:

I want to video some old 8mm Cinee film then convert that to mpeg then onto DVD, but my old Cinee projector now only works in Reverse so what I need is a utility that will reverse a reversed mpeg. I think that will work :/

Any help will be much appreciated

Is this on a reel? Hmm, why cant you just spool the reel in reverse then play it in reverse, ergo you get forward.
