  1. Please can somebody provide me with a link for this program,I want to be able to encode a movie with this program but I do not have a guide for settings,please guys I need your help.

    Look on the left. There are lots of guides and Tools has a link to the prog.

    Well, first you have to tell us what guide you want. Do you want a guide for vcd, svcd, dvd, and so on. Click on guides, under tools select tmpgenc, and select your format under format conversions.
