    Has anybody tried DVD43 (free tool to remove region codes and CSS). I installed Patin Couffin and installed DVD43. It does not work. Does anybody have tips to make it work?
    My system: Pentium 4. 2.4Ghz, DVDROM Toshiba, Windows XO Pro.

    just use dvddecrypter.
    a lot easier.

    Yeah, but if the DVD has a region code different than your DVDROM, you need to have something to bypass it. DVDdecrypter does not bypass the region code of your DVDROM.

    Playing requires region codes, ripping does not.

    I have that installed and it works like a charm... no problems.
