Sony EZVIDEO - BELKIN ANALOG CAPTURE CARD?

They had one of these on clearance at a store tonight and I thought I'd grab it to perhaps replace my older Pinnacle PCTV Pro card (non-Mpeg version) if I thought it'd be any noticable improvement...

But long story short: I can't find out any information at all on the Belkin Video Capture Card contained within on any site (not on Belkin's, not on Sony's). All I know is that it's an analog card, but I don't want to rip it open until I know more about it.

Any clues?

Smells like low end stuff. Even in specs no word about resolution. Includes Magix software (uses Ligos encoder). May be good for half D1 or VCD. Gotta dig deeper... I would say PASS...
