    I use Tmpge 2.0. I Downloaded a music clip in 1:1 VGA. If I make a .BIN and burn it, it will only show in have of my TV screen. How can i convert that into 4:3 NTSC. Any Suggestions are more than welcome. Props to this site, it rules

    You will have to re-encode the video. Its rather simple really. More than likely you have a 320x240 video which is why its in 1:1. open it in TMPGEnc set your bitrate to constant bitrate and 1150. now you see the aspect ratio thing. set it to 4:3 NTSC.
