What's happened to Recordnow Max?

Appologies if this has been covered somewhere else; I did search this forum without finding an answer. But I didn't read every last search item

I wanted to try Recordnow trial so when I try the link provided in the tools section it takes me to the "Somp Store" where every link to Record now including the Platinum version gives the message "This product temporarily unavailable. Click Ok to continue." No joy there.

In the search results from this forum I found some references to Sonic RecordNow. Is this the same product? Did Sonic buy Recordnow? Still appears that there is no trial version.

I was just wondering if they were the same product. This one looks like it has less features than Max; Thanks for that link; that's what I was look'n for.
