    Hi,

    I was trying to shrink a Video TS folder I got from DVDbackup (The Lion King DVD) using DVD2onex and this message came by : Alert, Unable to Open Vobfileset -1 in directory ' /Users etc.. I was trying to copy this to an external firewire drive. Does this sound familiar to anyone, how can I fix this?

    ive gotten the same error on relatively new dvd's im afraid it could be some new type of protection thats being tested out. Try OSeX and see if it happens also on that.

    I have been unable to back up ANY dvd's that have this observence in dvdbackup.


    but you can also ensure that dvd player is loading the movie and play it a bit, jump around to each chapter and let them play for a few seconds, sometimes thats all it takes.
