    I need a freeware vcd burning system or help burning a vcd. I've all ready changed it to an mpeg with TMPGEnc.

    well then you could then turn the mpeg to a BIN CUE file with VCDimager GUI and then open a program called CDRWIN to import the cue file and it will burn the movie to cd
