NO idea why but when I run svcd2dvd with a source directory that contains VOBs [which contain svcd/mpeg2 output from ifoedit] the program terminates with errors. From two recent attempts I got the following in the 'send details to microsoft' popup
AppName: 19ae60fd-bd23-4b8b-949b-0dfc9ede2d43.exe

convert your vobs to mpgs. (even renameing them may work)
SVCD2DVD v2.5, AVI/MPEG/HDTV/AviSynth/h264->DVD, PAL->NTSC conversion.

@ChrissyBoy
thanks - renaming the VOBs to MPGs did the trick. I take it there is no way to use VOBs [as VOBs] as source if the VOBs contain SVCD compliant data thereby avoiding a lot of reencoding. -
Not at the moment. I shall investigate the possibility.
