The numbers in the message are unusual. They refer to memory but the locations aren't typical of a normal process (program, dll etc). Even more odd is that the two addresses are the same - i.e., the instruction is trying to access itself.
A very likely reason is a buffer overrun. This is often caused by web sites with malware trying to crash your computer in order to control it. What happens is the web site sends a very long string that causes IE to write it into a part of the program that it shouldn't, overwrite the original code.
It can also happen if the web site address is very long (more than 255 characters). In earlier versions of IE, this was a significant bug leading to security problems.
I suggest you take a note of which web sites are causing the problem. -
