    Anyone know the difference between v2 and v2 SE? Didn't see any info on this on the ulead website.

    v2 is $50 retail, but I've seen v2 SE on ebay for $10. The feature I need is the ability to accept vobs with ac3.

    Could SE be a bundled version that was intended to be sold with hardware?

    Yes, I believe the SE version is usually bundled with hardware and it usually has less features than the full version.
