I'm recording an NTSC video... my resolution is 352x240, audios fine, etc etc. Anyways, here's my question: In the VCD guide for recording from AVI to MPG using TMPGEnc, they say to use 1:1 VGA Aspect Ratio. But on the TMPGEnc site, they say to use the 4:3 NTSC Aspect Ratio. I recorded my MPGs as 4:3 and put them on the VCD, but my DVD says that my files aren't in the proper format. Should I have recorded them as 1:1? Or is 4:3 the correct setting and is something else wrong? Thanks!
