None stop problems

I have just donated and downloaded the plus version. I have so many problems I don't know where to start.

I first can't make a menu. When I press encode it comes up with an error box with end process codes.

Then I tried to just encode without menu. It peforms the demultiplex, but will not encode with ffmpeg ticked, but will encode without it ticked. Both times though I end up with an empty video_ts folder.

Is this program bugged? or is it just me having so many problems?

Wierd! Just installed it on my other computer and works fine. Both are running XP. Any ideas why one computer works fine and the other just won't have it?

All windows updates are installed on both aswell.

First things first. Deinstall and reinstall that might helps.
