    I live in England, and i just want to know how to watch TV on my PC.

    I have an ATI-All In Wonder AGP video card that has TV tuner and record capabilities, mine is an old model but ATI still has a line of All-In-Wonder cards with modern chipsets, check their web site

    Go down to your local Dixons, pick up a cheap TV card such as the Pinnacle PCTV Rave for about 30 quid and install it in a free PCI slot in your PC. Plug in an aerial and coonnect the TV card to your sound card inputs est voila. Cheap and cheerful for a starter TV card
